After we have confirmed your payment or the payment method has been approved, we will prepare your order for shipment. The specified delivery times begin on the day after payment instruction, provided that order processing runs normally. Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

For Austria and Germany, the delivery time is 2 to 4 business days, while European deliveries take 4 to 14 business days. Packages within Germany and Europe are shipped via DHL, while letters are sent via Deutsche Post. Worldwide orders are shipped via FedEx upon prior arrangement. All important documents are included in the package.
