In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003).

Contact with Us
If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions.

Data Storage
For the purpose of facilitating the shopping process and later contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner using cookies, as well as name, address, and payment information.
For contract fulfillment, we also store the following data: email, name, phone number, and address.
The data you provide is required for the fulfillment of the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, a contract conclusion is not possible.
Your data will not be transmitted to third parties, except for:
Transmission of payment data (e.g. credit card information) to the processing banks/payment service providers for charging the purchase price.
Transmission to the shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods.
Transmission to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
If you cancel the order process, the data stored with us will be deleted.
If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period (7 years).
Additionally, name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will be stored until the expiration of product liability obligations (10 years).
Data processing is based on § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
