How can I return or exchange an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from us, or if the item does not fit, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order to the address above.

For an exchange, please return the item and place a new order. This way you can immediately check whether the desired item is still available.
Items returned within the 14-day period will be refunded, provided they meet the conditions listed below, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed with you.

Please note that we can only accept unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Do not remove any labels and avoid soiling the items. The product must show no signs of use, and the quality label must remain attached to the item.

Please include the completed return form / delivery note or a similar note in your return package. If the return slip is missing or incomplete, your return may not be processed correctly.

Please do not send the package unstamped or uninsured!
The return shipping costs are generally to be borne by the customer.

How is the refund processed?

Once your return has arrived at our logistics center, it is usually processed within 1 to 2 weeks.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be made to your bank account. Depending on bank processing times, this may take up to 5 business days after the refund has been issued.

  • For PayPal payments, the refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account.

  • For direct debit, credit card, or invoice payments, refunds are processed through PayPal to the payment method you originally used. Processing times for these refunds can take up to 16 days and are outside of our control.
    If any issues arise, please contact PayPal directly.

What should I do in case of a warranty claim?

In the event of a warranty or guarantee claim, we will of course be happy to assist you. Please send us an email with photos of the damage to: office@unhappyclub.at We will get back to you as soon as possible.

The warranty period for purchased products is 24 months, starting from the date of delivery. Warranty claims do not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.

In addition to the statutory warranty rights, no additional guarantees are granted for the delivered goods or services, unless an explicit written guarantee has been provided.

Special notice

Your right of withdrawal, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, expires prematurely if the contract has been fully performed by both parties at your express request before you exercised your right of withdrawal.
